Do you think that these provisions will be extended beyond the top four stations in the top 50 markets? ill it eventually include all Television and even radio stations?
DMS: The online public file requirement applies to ALL TV stations. The political public file need only be posted by top 4 stns in top 50 mkts. for now, but other TV stations will be required to do so in July 2014. Absent any major issues, the FCC is likely to extend these requirements to radio as well.

What happened to the OMB approval process to extend the collection of this information?
OMB just rubber-stamping this?
DMS: OMB approved in late June and August 2 is the effective date because it is 30 days after OMB approved public notice in the Federal Register.
